Barack Obama’s political journey did not commence on the platform of the democratic national convention in 2004, although his heralded and inspiring keynote address is credited to have catapulted him to political stardom. Graduated summa cum laude from Harvard Law School and the first African-American president of the Harvard Law review, Barrack Obama could have taken a job with a premium salary. Instead he chose to return to serve as a community organizer in Chicago, helping communities rebuild, making people's lives better, at an annual salary of $13000.

Extremely smart and yet humble, Barack Obama does not want to be president to be president. “I know that sounds weird” adds the woman who knows him best. He's the hope that every child regardless of their background can still hope in an American dream, he’s the hope of every youth who believes in selfless service, that you don’t have to be dirty to be in politics, that you don’t have to have a certain last name, belong to a certain mafia or come from a certain family to be president of the United States of America. He’s the hope that America can be its best when we put aside religious and partisan bigotry.

Like John F. Kennedy, skeptics have said Obama does not have enough experience to be president. Which is nonsense because he's been a legislator longer than top rivals, Hillary and Edwards. What they really mean is, he does not have enough Washington years. "but we see what years in Washington get us" comments Michelle Obama, adding that experience without a moral compass is irrelevant.

Even Republican Senator Kirk Dillard believes Obama is qualified to be president in saying:
"I would not lose a night's sleep worrying about my young children's future if Senator Obama were my president because I know he would probably surround himself, like Ronald Reagan, with exceptionally experienced people."
